What can I import from ClickUp?

Is this a two-way sync with ClickUp?

No. It is a one-way import. Changes you make in Portal 360 are not sent back to ClickUp, and Portal 360 does not write to ClickUp.

Who can run an import?

Only owners and admins. Every import is logged, and you can disconnect and revoke access at any time.

How it works

Connect ClickUp

Open Marketplace > Apps, choose the ClickUp importer and click Connect. Sign in on ClickUp's own page and approve read-only access.

Choose workspaces, spaces and lists

Pick which workspaces, spaces and lists to bring across. Anything you leave out stays in ClickUp and is not imported.

Map and match

Map each one to a Portal 360 client, entity or task group. Match people by email (match, invite or skip) and map statuses, priorities, tags and custom fields where your data uses them.

Preview with a dry run

See counts, conflicts, possible duplicates and skipped items before anything is written.

Confirm and import

Confirm to import. Re-run it later without duplicates, or roll the import back.

Read only and in your control

The importer only ever reads from ClickUp. You decide what comes across, and you see it before it happens.

One way and read only

Portal 360 reads from ClickUp and never changes, writes to or deletes anything there.

Your password stays with you

You sign in on ClickUp's own page in a secure pop-up and approve read-only access. Portal 360 never sees your password.

Owners and admins only

Only owners and admins can run an import, and every import is logged.

Disconnect any time

Disconnect in Portal 360 and revoke access from ClickUp whenever you like. Tokens are stored encrypted.

Nothing written until you confirm

A dry-run preview comes first. Portal 360 writes nothing until you review it and confirm.

Re-run and roll back

Imports can be re-run without creating duplicates, and each import can be rolled back.
